Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Shenzhou Xiangda Metal Products Co., Ltd. (XIANGDA) to the buyer.

1. Quotations & Orders

All quotations provided by XIANGDA are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are binding only upon written confirmation from XIANGDA.

2. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice based on raw material market fluctuations. Prices are quoted Ex-Works (EXW) from our facility in Shenzhou, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping, insurance, and taxes are additional unless included in a specific quote.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are:

• 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) before production.
• 70% balance before shipment, or against the copy of Bill of Lading for container orders.

Other payment methods (L/C at sight) may be accepted subject to negotiation.

4. Intellectual Property

All drawings, specifications, and technical data provided by XIANGDA remain our intellectual property and may not be shared with third parties without our consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

XIANGDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
