A: Yes, of course you are welcomed to visit our factory. Our factory in Hebei Province, near with Anping (Hometown of Wire Mesh). The nearest airport is Shijiazhuang Airport and Beijing Airport. And it is 2 hours away from Shijiazhuang, 3 hours away from Beijing.

The nearest train station is Shijiazhuang, Dezhou, Hengshui, Cangzhou. It would take 1.5-2 hours from here. Inform us your schedule, we can pick you up then.

A: Sample is available. Usually we'd like to provide small pieces free sample for the first cooperation to show our sincerity, but for some unusual grade products should be charge, and customers pay for the courier cost. And all the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.

A1: We provide preproduction samples before mass production for all customers if needed. We have two times test for all goods, one is the workshop staff to check the goods, the other is business staff to recheck the goods.

A2: We provide quality certs such as measurement report, material data sheet, COO, COA, etc. to all customers before delivery.

A3: We accept third party inspection such as SGS, TUV, INTERTEK, BV, etc.

A1: First of all, we don’t allow any defective products to leave our factory. We do strict quality inspection in every step and guarantee to reduce the defective rate to less than 0.1%.

A2: But if there is any problem, we will guarantee to solve it within 2 working days after your pictures or videos proof.

We prefer use T/T, which has a lower fee, or L/C at sight if you can accept a slightly higher fee.

A1: You can use T/T 30% as downpayment, balance against B/L copy; We can also accept 100% LC at sight. If it is small order, we can accept Western Union and PayPal. Other payment item is negotiable.

A2: Lead time is 7-20 days according to the order. We sure arrange production for you as soon as possible, and we haven’t received any complaint about the delivery time.

A: Our products aim at high quality and reasonable price, use high cost raw material and professional production. But if you place large order, we will give you discount.

A: Yes, all the products can be made as your require. Also we have some hot sale products can recommended to you.

A: We follow AISI, ASTM, GB, EN, DIN, ISO and so on. We get ISO, CE, SGS and BV certificates. What is more, we get professional test organization test report. Besides, we get advanced equipment that could test product quality.

A: Our after-sales service starts immediately after signing the contract. All products 100% inspection before shipment.
