Returns & RMA

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from XIANGDA, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Manufacturing Defects: If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Non-Defective Returns: Custom-made products or items cut to specific sizes are generally non-returnable unless there was an error on our part. Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our sales team at sales@xdmetalmesh.com with your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for return. Do not ship items back without obtaining an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
